Chia seed water provides long-lasting feelings of fullness and thus helps control appetite. To make this simple drink, just mix 1½ tablespoons of chia seeds with 200 ml of cold water. The mixture should be left in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the seeds to swell. Then dilute the gel with a liter of water. You can add lemon, orange, or cucumber slices to make the water taste better. It is better to drink a liter of water during the day, and the next day to make a fresh mixture.
