Berry Ice Cream With Cream

A very simple and delicious recipe for berry ice cream without eggs on cream. The recipe is universal. Any berries can be used. If the berries are pitted, like raspberries, then they must be grated through a sieve. Blueberries, strawberries, etc. you do not need to grind, we just grind them in a blender. The amount of cream and berry juice (puree) should be approximately the same. Adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.

powdered sugar – 3 tbsp.
