Tomato Gazpacho With Paprika and Mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 portions:

Tomato 2 pcs.

fresh cucumbers 2 pcs.

white onion ¼ pcs.

Garlic 1 PC.

red paprika 1 tsp

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

Mozzarella ½ pcs.

Salami 50 g

Baguette ½ pcs.

Fresh basil ½ bundle

Olive oil 3 tbsp.

STEP 1/4

Make a cross-shaped shallow incision at the base of the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water. Then peel off the skin with ease.

Chop the cucumber and tomatoes at random to make it easier to put in the blender, chop the onion and garlic smaller. Put everything in a blender and beat until smooth.
