Recipe of the Day: Plum Crumble with Prunes and Cinnamon Melts in Your Mouth

PLUM CRUMBLE WITH PRUNE AND CINNAMON

Ingredients:

  • Prunes – 500 g
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons

For sand crumbs:

  • Ground almonds – 80 g
  • Flour – 125 g
  • Sugar – 80 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Melted butter – 75 g
  • Cinnamon

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the prunes in half and remove the pits. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  2. To prepare sand crumbs, first fry the ground almonds, then mix with the rest of the ingredients in a deep bowl. Put the resulting mass on prunes.
  3. Bake the crumble in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
  4. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
