American Pancakes

Friends, today we have American pancakes for breakfast.

How are pancakes different from pancakes, pancakes and fritters? Pancakes are a type of American fast food: soft, fluffy, porous, like a sponge. They are prepared in a hurry, and this is the key to success, not just words. All ingredients are mixed using the muffin mix method: dry separately from liquid, then combine them only until flour is moistened without whipping.

They are baked on a Teflon surface over medium heat, never fried in oil.

Ready-made pancakes are served with honey, maple syrup, curd cheese, generously sprinkled with berries.
