Sugar Free: Cooking Your Favorite French Toast for Breakfast

An easy recipe to keep in mind

If you’re watching your sugar intake, here’s a simple and healthy recipe for a delicious breakfast toast. And instead of the usual maple syrup, use harmless agave syrup with them.



  • Toasts – 4 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Blueberries for decoration

Cooking method:

  1. Whisk eggs with milk. Cool the finished mixture and place slices of toast into it, leave each of them for at least a minute.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and toast the pieces of toast on both sides over medium heat.
  3. Put the finished toasts on a plate, top with maple syrup if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with fresh berries.
