An easy recipe to keep in mind
If you’re watching your sugar intake, here’s a simple and healthy recipe for a delicious breakfast toast. And instead of the usual maple syrup, use harmless agave syrup with them.
FRENCH TOAST WITH CINNAMON AND BLUEBERRY
- Toasts – 4 pcs.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 150 ml
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon to taste
- Blueberries for decoration
- Whisk eggs with milk. Cool the finished mixture and place slices of toast into it, leave each of them for at least a minute.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and toast the pieces of toast on both sides over medium heat.
- Put the finished toasts on a plate, top with maple syrup if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with fresh berries.
