400 grams minced turkey or beef
A jar of prepared salsa (sold in supermarkets)
Fry the minced meat in olive oil over medium heat until pink (5-7 minutes), add salsa, simmer for a few minutes (3-5), then pour in the eggs, cover the pan with a lid. Wait 3-5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
ALMOND KETO WAFERS
1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella is best)
1 heaping tablespoon of almond flour
Beat the egg until smooth, add the almond flour and grated cheese. Cook in a preheated waffle iron. Spray waffle iron with oil. You can put some cheese in the waffle iron before adding the egg and cheese mixture, and then some more on top before closing the lid to make the waffles crispier. Fry 2-3 minutes.
Serve with chocolate syrup and berries.
